Licencing Bureau

Bureau is licenced on the number of unique SUN (Service User Number) used in submissions over the course of a month. The limit is visible by navigating to the “Admin - > Customer - > Licence” page and checking the “Limit” defined in the Bureau section (pictured below):

If the limit is exceeded, the user receives prompts indicating that the user has exceeded their active SUN limit, and should contact support.

Bank Grade, FPS Bureau Submissions and the Bureau Public API are also enabled through licensing.
