Bulk Creation

Creating Payer Portal accounts for existing Payers can be executed in bulk using the Collections > Portal > Bulk Payer Creation page.

To create Portal Accounts, select a Group from the dropdown, and click the “Create Accounts” button.

Only valid Payers, which have a recorded email address and no existing Portal Account will be upgraded.
